How can I make the RealPlayer work in my AOL (or CompuServe) browser?

If you are an AOL or CompuServe user, you will need to change settings on your browser to play the 'RaceReplay Video'.

AOL Users: The RealPlayer requires the following AOL browser settings: select "Settings," then "Preferences," then "Multimedia" and UNCHECK the box "Use AOL media player for supported file types."

CompuServe Users: The RealPlayer requires the following CompuServe browser settings: select "Access," then "Preferences," then "Multimedia" and UNCHECK the box "Use CompuServe media player for supported file types."

Another method to avoid any issues for AOL and CompuServe users is to launch the Internet Explorer program from your Windows desktop by first minimizing your AOL or CompuServe browser, then type www.drf.com/replays into the Internet Explorer address bar and click 'ENTER'.

I can't connect to the site or it is very slow. What can I do?

Many factors will cause slow connection times. Sometimes by reselecting the link you desire will refresh the connection attempt and clear the problem. If your player simply displays "Loading" or "Connecting" for a long time, you may press the 'BACK' button on the browser menu OR select the race again.

If you are dialing in to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a 56Kbps modem and you are experiencing very slow connection times, please call your ISP directly. If you are connecting through your corporate network and finding slow response times, there may be heavy traffic on your company's Internet connection. You should contact your LAN manager.
