I get a "missing plug-in" icon on Windows Media Player.
It is possible that your browser is not configured with the Windows Media Player plug-in.
Most non Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers (i.e.: Netscape, Mozilla) need their plug-ins downloaded and installed manually to play Windows Media Player. The easiest is to use the most current version of Internet Explorer. This is because the correct Windows Media Player plug-ins for the Internet Explorer browser are installed by default.

I can't connect to the site or it is very slow. What can I do?
Many factors will cause slow connection times. Sometimes by reselecting the link you desire will refresh the connection attempt and clear the problem. If your player simply displays "Loading" or "Connecting" for a long time, you may press the 'BACK' button on the browser menu OR select the race again.
If you are dialing in to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) with a 56Kbps modem and you are experiencing very slow connection times, please call your ISP directly. If you are connecting through your corporate network and finding slow response times, there may be heavy traffic on your company's Internet connection. You should contact your LAN manager.
